Lisa was referred to us some time ago and we have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Capanes Luxury Living. The working relationship between us and CLL is very easy and friendly.  We are able to communicate by email or text and always have a brief catch up meeting whenever we are in Spain.

Lisa provides a regular update on income/expenditure which is easy to manage too. Lisa is very professional, organised and knowledgeable about the local area, local contractors and has plenty of contacts for rentals and getting things done which would normally be left until we arrive back in Spain – normally things which end up taking family holiday time!  We are always confident that the apartment is looking its best for when we arrive.

The key benefits to us are that we can trust Lisa to be managing our apartment whilst we are many miles away.  Nothing is too much trouble for her.  Lisa is also very proactive and the fact that Lisa lives in Capanes del Golf is a huge advantage too!
