We have a lovely flat which we occupy at least 10 times per annum for a period of no less than 12 days at a time. This means that the flat is empty for 7 months. During that period we need to ensure that our plants are watered and well maintained, and that in the unlikely event of a problem such as a power failure or water leak then there is somebody who can identify the problem and put in place a working solution.

Some seven years ago we turned to Lisa and Laurence of Capanes Luxury Living and they have looked after all aspects of the flat including its security, cleaning when required and sorting any problems that may arise. They even have the hot water switched on to await our arrival.

They are honest, helpful, well organised and always willing to help. I would heartily recommend them
