I originally decided to work with Capanes Luxury Living through several recommendations, which turned out to be very accurate. 

After initially having a conversation with Lisa, I knew instantly that she was very knowledgeable about everything relating to Capanes including the area, the amenities, the residents, the management company etc all of which are very important. Lisa explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions making the process very easy.

Over the years that I have worked with Lisa I have found her to be very honest, extremely helpful and always made me feel that nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a thoroughly genuine lady.

Lisa’s partner Laurence, is just as helpful as a handyman. He is always available to repair or fix anything that needs it. Again very reassuring when the owner is living in another country.

The most important aspect for me was that I needed someone to take care of our apartment whilst we were in England. Lisa arranged for holiday lets, which were very successful, she then organised a couple of long term lets and more recently found us a perfect buyer with the sales completion taking just eight weeks.

I have to say I miss the beauty of Capanes and the luxury of the development and its residents. I even miss Andrew, who took care of the security aspect of the development.  I would recommend this paradise to anyone without hesitation.
