I and my wife purchased a 2 bedroom apartment in Capanes del Golf two years ago.  It became vacant earlier this year and was in need of a much needed refurbishment.  We got in touch with Lisa and Laurence who were recommended to us by a friend.  As we live in the UK, they looked after the whole process i.e. refitting the kitchen, carrying out repairs, repainting the whole apartment, refurbishing with new furniture inside and on the terrace outside, selling off the old furniture, sorting out all the utilities and also finding good tenants.  We were kept up to date with the scheduling and costings throughout the whole process via emails, phone calls, texts and were also supplied with photos throughout.  All this was done in a space of one month.  We highly recommend Lisa and Laurence for their professionalism and dedication to their business in looking after landlords’ properties.  Furthermore they live only a stone throw away, so can address any issues that may arise with the tenants or the apartment very quickly.  Thank you guys.
